Ms. Christina Drost, M.A. (under supervision)

Ms. Christina Drost completed her M.A. in clinical psychology at the University of Regina in 2009 and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the same program. She completed her predoctoral residency in clinical psychology at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre in 2013 – 2014, with rotations in the Women’s Mental Health Program, Schizophrenia Program, Youth Program, and Community Mental Health. She has experience working with individuals (youth and adults) who are experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, mood dysregulation, and self-harm. She has experience providing cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and primarily works within these approaches.
