Dr. Stewart Madon completed his Ph.D. at Lakehead University and his predoctoral internship and supervised practice with the Mental Health and Addictions programs at Health Sciences North in Sudbury, Ontario. He is a clinical psychologist, and his interests focus on the assessment and treatment of PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, and addiction in adolescents and adults. Dr. Madon’s primary approaches to treatment are cognitive-behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing, though he does occasionally borrow from positive psychology approaches as well.
