Expert Testimony, Psycholegal Assessments, and Personal Injury assessments are conducted to assess the extent to which physical injury or certain events have resulted in psychological distress. Psychological distress can occur whether there is physical injury or not.
Our clinical psychologists use psychological diagnostic tools such as in-depth clinical interviews, clinical observations, consultation with other menmbers of a client;’s health team, review of documentation, and measures to determine the extent of psychological difficulties. Our assessments will determine the nature of the damage caused, as well as impairment to psychological functioning, and to develop subsequent treatment plans once psychological difficulties are identified.
Our psychologists are experienced in providing Expert Testimony as needed on a case by case basis.
